  • Mission and Vision

    Through continuing education offerings, we will increase the depth of opportunity for individuals living with vestibular disorders to receive the care they need by arming healthcare professionals with the skills and support needed to successfully enable clients to independently engage in everyday activities. This will be accomplished by providing quality education to clinicians in the medical and allied health fields to improve their knowledge, skill and ultimately increase access to vestibular rehabilitation services. Continuing education coursework will be of the highest quality, ensuring content is current, evidence-based and delivered in a way to improve the clinician’s knowledge, skill, ongoing support, and confidence to be successful in the evaluation and treatment of clients presenting with dizziness.

  • Special Needs

    Individuals requiring modifications for participation in PD activities shall contact Focus on Function Physical Therapy, PC at a minimum, 3 weeks prior a live event, including a webinar or in-person course to ensure availability of modifications for learning enhancements. Distance learning courses are offered through a learning management system platform and are self-paced. The learner may contact the company prior to beginning the distance learning course with the understanding the time necessary to implement any necessary modifications.   • Physical Therapy Continuing Education Credit

    Courses submitted for APTA and AOTA approval for continuing education credit and the number of CEU's offered will be noted in the course description. Physical Therapy courses are approved by the WI chapter of the APTA. Most state chapters accept CEU's approved through another state chapter, please look at your state's regulations.   • Occupational Therapy Continuing Education Credit

    Courses submitted for APTA and AOTA approval for continuing education credit will be noted in the course description. If you require assistance or additional materials to submit for credit in your state, please contact us: [email protected] with OT CEU ASSISTANCE in the subject line.

  • Course Completion Requirements for CEU's

    To receive continuing education credit, all coursework must be completed, course survey must be completed, and learning assessments (quizzes) passed with a score of 70% or greater.

  • Cancellation Policy - Online Coursework

    We reserve the right to cancel a live webinar up through the date of the webinar with full refund to attendees. Learner may cancel for 100% refund up to 1 week prior to the webinar. In lieu of cancellation, the learner will have the option to receive a link to the recording to access at a later date. The learner may cancel registration for an online course for 100% refund when cancelled prior to accessing online course materials. Once the course has been accessed, no refund will be given. Online course work will remain available to the learner. When CEU approval expires, course registration will be closed to new registrants. In the event that an online course would be cancelled and removed from the LMS, any learner that has not fully completed the coursework will be notified and be refunded the full cost of the course and no CEU’s would be awarded. Those that have completed the course and awarded CEU's at the time it is to be removed will not be affected. All fees collected and CEU's awarded will not be affected.   • Cancellation Policy - Live Coursework

    We reserve the right to cancel to cancel the course within 2 weeks of course date if minimum enrollment is not met. The learner will be fully refunded or have an option to transfer registration to another course or date. Learner cancellation of live course registration will be 100% with a $30 processing fee up to 4 weeks prior to the date of the course and 50% with a $30 processing fee up to 2 weeks prior to the course date. No refund will be offered with less than 2 weeks notification; however, the registration may be transferred to a different course within the calendar year.
